When Oliver Campbell became a senior packaging manager at Dell since 2006, his goal is to build the world’s best packaging team, it isn’t only in the computer industry, but also in other industries. This achievement is not easy, but not impossible. No international rankings for the best packaging team. So, we define what is meant by our own best.

This can be described in three ways; the first, creating a very innovative packaging, second, using minimal resources and sustainable and third, helping to reduce complexity for consumers and costs for the company.

When Oliver Campbell applies these principles, he encountered many surprises. The words environment, green, or sustainable may not be listed in the title of his work, but these parameters have changed his position on the Dell to be something that can be called, green jobs. After practicing alone, he believes that with the right goal and focus, everyone can do the same, whatever the position and industry where one works.

When his team put the glasses in doing our work environment, it brings in three new strategies which we call 3C. Cube, how much packaging? Content, whether the packaging is made of it? There are better materials to make them? Curb, whether the packaging materials can be easily recycled by the consumer?
